Here we follow Article III.86 Code of\n  Economic Law and article 9 of the R.D. of 12\/09\/1983 implementing\n  of the law of 17\/07\/1975 on corporate accounting.<\/li><li>Justifying\n  records: <strong>7 years<\/strong> in original or electronic form\n  in which the retention period begins that follows the conclusion of the\n  fiscal year. Here we follow Article II.86 Code of Economic Law.<\/li><li>Modest\n  that do not serve as evidence against third parties: <strong>3 years<\/strong> in\n  original or copy whereby again Article III.86 of the Code of\n  Economic Law applies ..<strong>:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.SECURITY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For this processing, we take <strong>appropriate technical\nand organizational<\/strong> measures to best protect your data\ntaking into account the nature of the data and the associated\nrisks. We do not store any special personal data and have the following\nmeasures in place for the security of your data:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>The\n  computers on which data are processed are protected by default with a\n  username and a complex password.<\/li><li>All\n  computers are equipped with a Small Office Security solution thewhich\n  of course is always kept &#8220;up-to-date&#8221; and automatically multiple\n  scans. All Windows installations are automatically provided with updates\n  provided. The installation is checked at least once a month and\n  possibly started manually.<\/li><li>The\n  data is stored on a part of the disk set up as a\n  &#8220;data vault.&#8221; It is encrypted and can only be accessed after booting from\n  the computers + Windows login + opening the safe using\n  Kaspersky and a long and complex password.<\/li><li>To\n  avoid data loss in case of loss of the computers, we make\n  daily backups to an encrypted cloud environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul><li>The\n  data is first compressed, then encrypted with at least AES256 bit\n  key and this form stored at the off-site location. Those responsible\n  of backups cannot read data this way since the\n  encryption key is known only by us and in a special\n  &#8220;password manager&#8221; saved.<\/li><li>All\n  passwords are managed by Kaspersky password manager and in the cloud environment\n  stored.<\/li><li>Our\n  employees are fully informed about the safe handling of your\n  personal data and are bound by their employment contract to secrecy\n  held.<\/li><li>Honor\n  no records are kept on paper given the possibility of online\n  registration and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>History teaches us that no risk is fully\navoided and should we be aware of unauthorized access to our\nIT systems or unlawful modification, damage or possible loss of your\ndata, we will immediately take <strong>all necessary measures<\/strong> \nto minimize and avoid this risk in the future.\nThis will also keep the potential damage to you very limited&#8230;<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>6. <strong>TRANSFER<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<p>We provide your data to the following parties and for\npurposes listed below;<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>The\n  bookkeeper to meet our legal accounting requirements;<\/li><li>For\n  employees: The social secretariat for the purpose of calculating wages;<\/li><li>The\n  supplier of this application for the purpose of security and operation\n  of this Internet application.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>P.S.
